Gas turbines from 20 to 300 MW+

We match plants and title holders with qualified buyers: data centre developers, IPPs and energy companies. Aeroderivative and frame, new, used and surplus, 50 and 60 Hz.

Sell a gas turbine or a whole plant

Whether it is running, idle, mothballed or being decommissioned, we place turbines and whole plants directly with the data centre developers and energy companies we work with, and prepare an indicative market valuation.

Model, MW, frequency, hours run and location are enough to start. We sign an NDA before you send serials or title documents. You need to hold title or act for the owner.

Buying a turbine

Tell us what you need and when. We tell you what exists against it and match you with the plants and title holders we deal with.

Send the model or class and MW per unit, 50 or 60 Hz and fuel, the site, the date on site and the condition you will accept.

How we work

This is a market of scarcity, and we give an honest read of it: what exists against your date and who holds it. We never take ownership of the equipment.

Why we keep inventory private

Published listings get passed between brokers, which slows every real sale. We share what is available privately, with qualified buyers.

  1. 1

    A qualified requirement

A buyer sends the unit, the size, the site and the date.

  2. 2

    We match it

Against the plants and title holders we deal with.

  3. 3

    We verify it

Identity, title and records are confirmed before anything moves.

  4. 4

    Direct with title

The deal runs directly between the buyer and the party that holds title.

Models we work

Units, and the gas generators and parts that travel with them. If you hold one of these, tell us.

Aeroderivative and frame

Aeroderivative

20 to 100+ MW

  • Built from aircraft engine designs
  • Compact, and quick to start
  • Peaking plants, data centres and mobile power

Frame

30 to 300+ MW

  • Heavier industrial machines
  • Peaking to base load
  • Often in combined cycle

50 Hz

Europe, Africa, Australia and most of Asia

South America is split. Large frame units are built for one frequency or the other. Some aeroderivatives and geared frames can be set up for either. Where a unit needs converting, we scope it with engineering partners: generator, gearbox and controls.

New, used and surplus

  1. New

From the manufacturer's production slots. Large frame turbines can mean a long wait.

  2. Used

From operating, idle or mothballed plants.

  3. Unused surplus

    Built and never installed.

For a used unit, hours since overhaul, inspection records and storage drive much of what it is worth.

Common questions

What size of gas turbine do you work with?

Mostly 20 to 300 MW and above per unit, aeroderivative and frame. Aeroderivatives run from about 20 MW to over 100 MW, and frame units from about 30 MW to over 300 MW, depending on model and vintage.

Do you work with 50 Hz and 60 Hz turbines?

Yes, both. We scope 50 Hz and 60 Hz conversions with engineering partners: generator, gearbox and controls.

Do you look at new and used units?

Yes, both, against your date. A new unit can mean a long wait for a large frame turbine; used and surplus units are already built.
