A 300 MW Bell AI Fabric campus on SaskPower's grid, with all four first-phase buildings going up and the first data hall due in the first half of 2027. In September 2026 Bell and Saskatchewan signed a non-binding agreement for up to 900 MW more from new gas generation built with a partner, which would make it a 1.2 GW site. That expansion depends on customer commitments and approvals.
