Tourmaline's subsidiary proposes a power plant and data centre next to its Banshee gas plant that would turn gas into roughly one gigawatt of electricity. The company says about 930 MW would come from on-site gas and the rest from the grid, with a first phase running in 2028. It still needs land-use, water, power plant and Crown land approvals.
