Part of Microsoft's roughly $19B Canada-wide cloud and AI commitment; two York Region data centres, at Vaughan and Markham, under construction. Neither Microsoft nor Invest Ontario has disclosed capacity, so none is shown. A 112 MW project reported on Langstaff Road in Markham has been attributed to Microsoft by a third-party analyst, but Langstaff Road runs through several municipalities and that project is not confirmed to be this Vaughan site.
